Enigma® – Digital Multi-Point Correlation System for Leak Detection Enigma® is a next-generation digital correlation system designed for highly accurate leak detection in buried water pipelines. The loggers are installed at multiple locations — typically on valves or hydrants — and can be programmed to operate during either day or night. The system combines noise logging and correlation analysis into a single process, significantly improving detection efficiency and reducing the need for costly night-time operations. Each logger records in three sample periods, allowing clear distinction between continuous leak noise and normal water usage. PrimeTrace is an advanced gas detection system designed for pinpointing water leaks in all types of pipe materials — including metal, plastic, and composite. It uses hydrogen gas detection, one of the most sensitive and reliable methods available, capable of identifying even the smallest leaks that traditional acoustic methods may miss. The system operates with a safe 5% hydrogen and 95% nitrogen gas mixture, which is non-flammable, non-toxic, and environmentally safe. The tracer gas is injected into the water pipe through a hydrant or service connection, travels with the water flow, and escapes at the leak point. Because hydrogen is the lightest element, it rises through soil and flooring to the surface, where it can be easily detected by the PrimeTrace sensors.
