ST20 LISTENING STICK

ST20 LISTENING STICK High-performance mechanical acoustic tool for leak detection The ST20 Listening Stick is a robust, high-sensitivity mechanical listening instrument designed for fast and accurate water leak detection on external water distribution networks. It uses pure mechanical amplification through an acoustic resonant chamber, significantly improving leak sound detection on valves, hydrants, service connections, and other pipe fittings. The stick consists of two chromium-plated steel sections that screw together, forming a standard 1.5-meter length. A compact 1-meter version is also available. Leak vibration signals are transmitted through the steel rod to a brass diaphragm inside the resonant cavity, where the noise is mechanically amplified, allowing the operator to clearly distinguish leak noise from ambient system noise—without any electronics. Constructed from chrome-plated mild steel, the ST20 is durable, easy to use, and ideal for both professional leak technicians and users who may find electronic listening devices difficult to interpret. Added benefit A perfect solution for quick valve sound checks — simple, rugged, and practically eternal. An essential instrument for any leak detection technician working on external water mains.

Pressure Transient – Transient Data Logger

Pressure Transient – Transient Data Logger Pressure Transient is a high-performance data logger designed for accurate monitoring of pressure transients in water supply networks. With fast logging capability up to 100 samples per second, advanced cellular telemetry (4G / LTE-M / NB-IoT with 2G fallback), and innovative event window selection, the device allows operators to transmit alarm data together with a selected window of high-speed data before and after a transient event. This enables immediate identification of surge events (water hammer), helping to prevent pipe bursts and infrastructure damage.

RadarSens – Intrinsically Safe Radar Level Sensor

RadarSens is an intrinsically safe radar level monitoring system designed for continuous wastewater and sewer network applications. Certified for use in hazardous Zone 0 environments, the device provides accurate, reliable level measurement without contact with the medium. Using advanced radar sensing technology combined with cellular telemetry (NB-IoT, LTE-M and 2G), RadarSens delivers real-time data transmission and long-term monitoring performance in harsh underground environments. The system is engineered for fast, right-first-time deployment. It can be installed using stainless-steel non-drill brace bars or conventional wall brackets, reducing installation time and eliminating the need for intrusive mounting. An optional laser alignment tool ensures correct positioning during installation. Local configuration is carried out via Bluetooth using the Deployment App (Android/iOS). Installers can verify signal strength, perform sensor reflection checks and upload site data, including photographs, ensuring data quality before leaving site and significantly reducing follow-up visits.

ATEX Certified Digital Float Sensor

SpillSens is a cost-effective, multi-level digital float sensor designed as an early warning system for sewer blockages and overflows. ATEX Zone 0 certified and built for harsh wastewater environments, it provides continuous level monitoring using digital positioning technology. Installed at a critical height within a chamber, SpillSens constantly monitors its tilt angle to determine whether it is hanging vertically (normal condition) or beginning to float due to rising wastewater levels. When pre-set tilt thresholds are reached, alarm notifications are transmitted via a connected data logger to the SpillGuard online portal. SpillSens supports Incident Prevention Monitoring programmes and helps utilities reduce pollution events, clean-up costs and regulatory penalties.
