It is an ideal solution for utilities managing ageing infrastructure where rapid leak detection is essential to reduce water loss and operational costs. Using optimised acoustic sensing technology, the system detects leak noise directly on fittings (valves, hydrants) and through the ground surface. Mikron3 Junior offers both pre-location and precise leak pinpointing, supported by interchangeable sensors: listening rod, ground microphone and accelerometer.
