RadarSens – Intrinsically Safe Radar Level Sensor

RadarSens is an intrinsically safe radar level monitoring system designed for continuous wastewater and sewer network applications. Certified for use in hazardous Zone 0 environments, the device provides accurate, reliable level measurement without contact with the medium. Using advanced radar sensing technology combined with cellular telemetry (NB-IoT, LTE-M and 2G), RadarSens delivers real-time data transmission and long-term monitoring performance in harsh underground environments. The system is engineered for fast, right-first-time deployment. It can be installed using stainless-steel non-drill brace bars or conventional wall brackets, reducing installation time and eliminating the need for intrusive mounting. An optional laser alignment tool ensures correct positioning during installation. Local configuration is carried out via Bluetooth using the Deployment App (Android/iOS). Installers can verify signal strength, perform sensor reflection checks and upload site data, including photographs, ensuring data quality before leaving site and significantly reducing follow-up visits.
