VEGAPULS C21 – Non-contact radar level sensor
VEGAPULS C21 is a compact radar sensor for non-contact level measurement in applications where a high degree of protection and reliable operation under demanding conditions are required.
The sensor is particularly suitable for:
-
water and wastewater treatment plants;
-
pumping stations;
-
stormwater overflow basins;
-
level monitoring in sewer and water utility applications;
-
flow calculation in open channels;
-
small bulk material silos and open containers.
Radar technology provides non-contact measurement, which means the sensor does not need to come into direct contact with the measured medium. This reduces maintenance requirements and makes it suitable for applications where traditional submersible sensors may be difficult to use.
