Fuji FSB-8D electronic listening stick

The Fuji FSB-8D is a compact electronic listening stick manufactured in Japan for water leak detection. It is especially well-suited for plastic pipelines (PVC, PE), where acoustic leak detection is more challenging. The Fuji FSB-8D is a high-sensitivity acoustic leak detector designed for precise localization of water leaks using both visual sound level indication and acoustic analysis through headphones. The device is equipped with a piezoelectric sensor and a digital LCD display, allowing simultaneous evaluation of leak sound intensity and quality. The built-in notch filter (150 / 180 Hz) effectively reduces noise from electrical sources and environmental interference (such as transformers or industrial equipment). Compared to the previous model FSB-7D, this unit provides: up to 2× higher sound intensity up to 3× greater sensitivity The included contact rods of different lengths allow flexible use in various field conditions, ensuring stable surface contact. For additional safety, the device features protection against incorrect battery insertion and an automatic fuse.
